I created Lift Lab because there was no other app that could do what I needed it to, track progressive overload and periodization using the most common progression schemes, and I always had to resort to using a spreadsheet. No longer!Lift Lab allows you to build your own workout and automatically implements progressive overload and periodization using your selected progression scheme. These include wave loading, double progression, dynamic double progression and linear progression.Use advanced techniques such as drop sets and myo-rep sets, which have various customizations of their own such as myo-rep set matching, customizable rep floors and set limits.Track your progress at the lift level with estimated one rep max, relative intensity, working set and intensity adjusted rep volume.
